IT Administrator responsible for the day to day on-site co-ordination of the Bay Medical Groups IT Systems. These duties will be in partnership with the external providers, technicians and other IT stakeholders involved with the companys computer, network and internet/telephone services. General reception and administration duties as required.
This role requires a person with IT experience who is confident to problem solve with a sense of urgency and an aptitude to do so effectively. Our practice employs 16 doctors with a large clinical support, management and administration team so a candidate with experience within the medical industry and dealing with patients would be a great advantage. You would be responsible for liaising with doctors and staff througout the day troubleshooting on a regular basis. Responsible for keeping an up to date computer log book and assets register. Working alongside the practice management team in respect of Accreditation.
Experience with Best Practice or Medical Director an advantage. Excellent communication skills. Self starter who can work unsupervised within a team environment.
The Bay Medical Group operates from 3 different surgery sites, it is the largest general practice in the Tomaree Peninsula. The Practice has been operating for over 55 years and is currently re-locating one of the sites to a large new site at Salamander Bay. The successful applicant will be instrumental in co-ordinating the systems at the new site with the assistance of the external providers.
